The meaning behind our name
A name shaped by heritage, warmth, and family.
In Morocco, Shiba is the word for wormwood, an herb enjoyed in tea for generations. In our family, it was always part of our every day life. Whenever someone needed warmth, comfort, or a quiet moment together, our grandmother would prepare Shiba tea.
It was a simple Routine passed from grandmother to mother, and now to daughters and grandchildren. Those moments taught us that caring for yourself does not need to be complicated. It begins with thoughtfully chosen ingredients, consistency, and traditions that make care feel meaningful.

Shiba Organics began with a shared appreciation for Moroccan botanical Routines and plant based skincare. As a mother and daughter team, we wanted to preserve the feeling behind the routines we grew up with while creating products that fit naturally into modern life.
