At Shiba Organics, every formulation is crafted in small batches using carefully selected botanical ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a thoughtful return policy to ensure quality and safety for all customers.

Returns

Due to hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

If there is an issue with your order, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.
